The Oxford Cambridge Boat Race
April 07, 2012
The Imperial College Boathouse is a prime location to enjoy pre-race events and the start of the Boat Race, when up to 250,000 spectators crowd the banks of the Thames from Putney to Mortlake to witness the action.
Steeped in history, the Bill Mason Club Room at the Boathouse is a light, airy space with wall-to-wall windows looking out on to the Thames. Our incredible location is the perfect place to soak up the atmosphere, view the race and enjoy some excellent hospitality.
The boathouse is available for hire with tailor made packages on offer, including a sit-down meal, cold buffet or canapes and drinks, hosted by Head of Rowing Don McLachlan, to give you an insight into the mental preparation of the rowers and the famous course along the Thames.
When: 7 April, 12.00 - 17.00
Capacity: up to 80
